CASA
SABINA

For the Casa Sabina residence, a renovation project was carried out aimed at enhancing key elements of the home, with particular attention to material quality and spatial harmony. The project included the renovation of the fireplace, conceived as an architectural element and focal point of the living area, the refurbishment of the bathroom, redesigned with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, and the installation of new flooring, carefully planned to ensure visual continuity and enhance the domestic environment.

Casa Sabina, a private residence located in Rome and completed in September 2025, stems from a renovation project aimed at enhancing key elements of the home through a refined and understated material language. The project focuses on the fireplace, reinterpreted as the focal point of the living area, the master bathroom, redesigned to balance functionality and aesthetics, and the new flooring, conceived to ensure visual continuity between spaces.

The central material of the intervention is Travertino Romano Bianco Navona, used to define surfaces, volumes, and construction details with strong expressive coherence. The natural veining of the stone, enhanced through symmetrical layouts and carefully calibrated pairings, contributes to creating a warm and balanced atmosphere.

The integration of selected furnishings and objects interacts with the material, emphasizing the dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. The result is a harmonious space where every intervention contributes to defining a discreet yet strongly characterized identity.
