Casa Ninni

For the Casa Ninni residence, an intervention was carried out to enhance the interior spaces through architectural elements and bespoke solutions, with particular attention to natural materials. The project included the creation of two distinct bathrooms: one in marble, characterized by a refined and contemporary aesthetic, and one in Travertino Romano, where elegance and materiality stand out. The intervention also involved the organization of the living area in front of the television, defining a dedicated space for the sofa and relaxation area. The resulting environments are spaces where architecture, furnishings, and natural stone interact coherently, defined by a strong material identity.

Casa Ninni, a private residence in Rome designed for Filippo Lippiello and completed in 2025, is conceived as an intervention aimed at enhancing interior spaces through an essential and material-driven language, based on the conscious use of natural materials.

The project develops around three main areas: the master bathroom, the guest bathroom, and the living area, each defined by a distinct identity yet harmoniously integrated. The marble bathroom expresses a refined and contemporary aesthetic, defined by continuous surfaces and carefully calibrated details, while the Travertino Romano bathroom emphasizes the tactile dimension and depth of the material through monolithic volumes and bespoke craftsmanship.

The living area has been redefined to accommodate a relaxation space, with careful spatial organization around the sofa and TV system, creating a balanced and welcoming environment. Travertine, wood, glass, and leather interact coherently, resulting in a composition that is understated yet strongly distinctive, where architecture and furnishings merge into a single design expression.
